Arkansas Automated Marketing

Your ad account. Your money. 0% markup.

$3,000 /mo flat

Ad spend is separate. You pay it into your own Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts. We never take a percent of spend, and ad spend is never included in the $3,000.

For any Arkansas business. HVAC, roofing, dental, med spa, real estate, law, restaurants, auto, and more.

01 — The callback

Speed-to-leadis your side.

A form fill is a hand raise, not a customer. If someone asks to book and hears back two days later, the campaign cannot rescue that customer. Speed-to-lead is your side of the work. Before anything launches, we ask who answers, how fast, and what happens after 6 p.m.

Our job is the ads. Your job is calling the lead back in minutes. If nobody can do that, this is not a fit, and we will say so.

02 — Ownership

Two buckets.Nothing mixed.

The $3,000 is management. Ad spend is a separate payment, from your accounts, to Meta and Google.

  • You own the accounts. We operate inside them.
  • If you leave, the accounts, the pixel, and the data stay with you.
  • You can log in and see the spend yourself.

Percent-of-spend pricing pays an agency to spend more of your money. A flat fee is the structure where cheaper leads are the point.

Bucket one · to us

$3,000/mo

Flat management. Never a percent of ad spend.

  • Creative and copy for your offer
  • Campaign build inside your accounts
  • Optimization and pixel monitoring
  • Reporting you can actually read: spend, leads, cost per lead

Bucket two · to Meta and Google

Ad spend

Your money, on your cards, in your accounts.

  • Your Meta Business Manager
  • Your Google Ads account
  • At least $50/day to start
  • 0% markup. Every dollar of spend buys media, not our margin

03 — Intake math

Run the mathon a customer.

Average job or customer value, close rate, and lifetime purchases produce a break-even cost per lead. Add what you will pay the platforms, and the same numbers show how many booked customers cover the $3,000 fee plus that ad spend.

The boxes start empty. Hints marked “example” are made up, the same way the worksheet’s example column is made up. This is arithmetic, not a forecast, and not a result we claim.

Starter offers

The offer has tosurvive the phone.

You set the offer. These are examples. The same $3,000 is for any Arkansas business: HVAC, roofing, dental, med spa, real estate, law, restaurants, auto, and more. You have to honor the offer on the phone. An offer the office talks people out of is not an offer.

If that offer dies when the phone rings, price the leak with the Revenue Leak Scorecard.

Free estimate + $89 tune-up

The front door for a service call, not the whole value of the customer. The tune-up price is $89. The office has to quote that price when the lead calls.

Free inspection + drone/storm-insurance help

Free inspection, drone photos, and storm-insurance help. It only works if you can take the appointments the inspection creates.

$79 new-patient exam + X-rays + cleaning

Same $3,000 flat fee. Same rule: the ad account is the practice’s, and ad spend is separate at 0% markup.

How it works

Fit call. Kickoff.Launch. Optimize.

  1. 01

    Fit call

Capacity, speed-to-lead, budget, and geography. If the economics do not work, we say so on the call.

  2. 02

    Kickoff

Offer lock, creative, and access to your Meta Business Manager and Google Ads account. The accounts stay yours. We work inside them.

  3. 03

    Launch

Ads go live in your accounts, pointed at your service area and the customers you can actually take.

  4. 04

    Optimize

Reporting you can actually read: spend, leads, cost per lead. You call the leads. We tune the campaigns.

Before we start

Good fit. Not a fit.

Good fit

  • You have capacity for new customers. The business can take the work.
  • Someone calls leads back in minutes, not days.
  • You have a separate ad budget of at least $50/day.
  • You will honor the offer on the phone.

Not a fit

  • You want the ad spend included in the $3,000. It is not, and it will not be.
  • You want awareness-only campaigns. We run lead systems.
  • Nobody answers the phone. Ads that ring into silence are burned money.

Common questions.

What's included in the $3,000/mo?

Management: creative, copy, campaign build and structure, targeting, optimization, pixel monitoring, and reporting you can actually read: spend, leads, cost per lead. Ad spend is separate. You pay it into your own Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts. We take 0% of it. Ad spend is never included in the $3,000.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Campaigns run inside your Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts. If you leave, the accounts, the pixel, and the data stay with you. That includes campaign history.

What's a typical starting ad budget?

At least $50 a day, paid by you to Meta or Google. Many Arkansas businesses start between $50 and $100 a day. The right number depends on your service area and how many customers you can take. That gets set on the fit call, not guessed here.

How fast until the first leads?

After kickoff and account access, campaigns usually go live in days. Leads start when the ads do. The fit call is where we confirm you can answer them.

Do you do AI receptionist too?

Yes, as a separate Arkansas Automated offer. It is not part of this page or this engagement. The AI receptionist page covers that side of the house.

From Andre

Book the fit call.

Most businesses do not need another agency speech. They need a flat fee, accounts they own, and leads they can call back. If you want the ad spend included in the $3,000, or nobody answers the phone, we will tell you this is not the right fit.
