Why pay for an audit instead of just starting a plan?
Most shops should start a plan; the test and the free week prove more than a document. The audit is for shops with several people touching the phones, where the leak is not obvious and the wrong fix costs more than $750.
Does the fee really come off the plan?
Yes. Start any monthly plan or a custom build and the full $750 credits against setup. If you do not, you keep the map.
What do I physically receive?
A written process map, a costed leak list, and a prioritized plan with payback math for each item. A document you can execute with us, another vendor, or your own team.
Who should be in the room?
The owner, and whoever actually touches the phones, the estimates, or the books. A tour of the software without those people is a tour, not an audit.
What access do you need?
None before the working session. We watch the work as it runs and ask where the last ten jobs went. System access comes later, and only if you hire a build.
What if I do not want a build?
Then you keep the map. Build with someone else, or build nothing. The plan is yours either way. Payment is not taken on this page.
