Privacy and data handling
Last updated August 15, 2026
This page explains the information the public website collects and why.
Information you submit
Request forms may collect your business name, name, work email, phone number, industry, current tools, workshop preference, and the problem you want addressed. We use this information to respond to your request and evaluate the requested service.
Request context and site measurement
The site may attach the page you visited, referral source, campaign parameters, selected request type, and basic form-interaction timing to a successful submission. It also records a page view after the page remains visible briefly. This information helps us understand which pages lead to relevant conversations and identify obvious automated traffic.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions and first-party page-view events are sent to infrastructure operated with Fort Smith Directory for Arkansas Automated. These providers process information to host the site and deliver requests; they are not presented here as independent marketing lists.
Cookies and browser storage
The current site uses session storage to avoid counting repeated views of the same path in one browser tab session. It does not require an advertising cookie to submit a request.
Your choices
You may contact dre@arkansasautomated.com to ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion. We may retain information where reasonably needed for security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.
Sensitive information
Do not submit patient information, legal case details, financial account data, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the public request forms.
